crAppstore / Sentinel
The guard on the wall. Three blocking gates, a wave rollout, and a kill switch that rolls it all back.
Sentinel holds three blocking gates shut before anything publishes: every property must earn its own point of view (not borrowed from another), its own design (no shared look) and its own experience (its own visitor journey, not a restyle).
Rollout goes in waves — five properties at a time, then watch Search Console before the next five. There is a rule book you can extend, daily limits, a webhook alert, an incident log, a recorded human sign-off, and reports in CSV, PDF and Markdown. And when something smells wrong, the kill switch rolls the entire network back. It exists because the fastest way to lose a site is an SEO tool with no brakes.
For whoever answers for the domain when Google gets angry. If you run Citadel — or any mass-publishing SEO play — this is the adult in the room.
Can it really stop SEO Citadel? From Version 2, yes -- a failed check halts it, and the kill switch rolls the network back. On Version 1 it grades and warns, on screen, and stops nothing.
Do I need SEO Citadel for this to be useful? No. Paste any plan -- Citadel's .json export or a plain keyword list, one per line -- and the full rule book and all three gates run on it.
What makes a plan RED? Any critical finding -- a closed gate, a prohibited promotion, a marketplace touch -- or enough smaller findings to push the risk score to 60 of 100. RED blocks publishing until it is repaired and a human signs off.
Does my plan get uploaded? The browser checks run in this tab; pasted plans are checked locally, and the page says so under the button. Checks against the monthly cap run on our computers, and the Version 3 assisted stage goes through this site's own server route without ever asking for a credential.
Why would I pay for an app that tells me no? Because the app that only ever says yes is the one that costs you a domain. The no is the product.
Sees it. The gates and the verdicts, on screen.
Stops it. Reports in CSV, PDF and Markdown, client reports, webhooks, custom rules, daily limits. Higher cap.
