Till Done turns “almost finished” into a contract that survives distraction, a closed browser, and wishful claims of progress.

What it does

Name one task, write observable completion conditions, and work them in order. Six fixed conditions are appended: installation, three genuinely different real runs, a memory record, and a Hercules test. Every checked item requires evidence.

Side quests

Version 2 adds a bin for anything tempting that appears mid-job. The note is preserved and crossed out on the current board. Recording it is how the builder lets it go without pretending it never mattered.

Output and privacy

The working board stays in this browser using localStorage. The exported work-till-complete-protocol gives a buyer's AI the task, ordered Definition of Done, evidence, parked side quests, and the only governing rule: it may not work on anything outside the list. Nothing is uploaded. Till Done makes no AI call and stores no service key.
