crAppstore / Project Manager

Keeps the work moving without you chasing it.

Turns your pile of jobs into orders an AI will actually follow — with proof required before anything counts as done.

What it does

You list the jobs one per line, say what finished looks like, and set the rules of engagement: how much autonomy, how many workers at once, and where the status board lives — in the chat, in one file it keeps updated, or in your own tracker like Jira, Linear or Notion.

Then it builds the block you paste to your AI. The block carries the discipline: require proof before anything is marked done, three real runs before installed counts, refuse side quests, and try three different routes before calling anything blocked. It checks for duplicates before opening tickets and reports the board when you ask. Take the block plain or encoded, copy it or save it as a file.

Who it's for

For anyone managing work through AI agents who is tired of done meaning attempted. It is a project manager that has already had the argument about evidence, and won it.

How it works

Project Manager does not run your jobs. It writes the block of instructions you paste into a fresh AI chat, and that chat runs the jobs. The whole thing is three short steps on one screen.

One. The jobs. You give the project a name, write one or two sentences saying what finished looks like, then paste your jobs one per line. Rough is fine — it merges duplicates, opens a ticket per real job, and works them in order. There is an optional box for anything it must know: rules, tools it may use, files, and anything it must not touch.

Two. How hard it pushes. You set the autonomy — never stop except for a real blocker, check in at each milestone, or show the plan first then run it all. You set how many workers it may run at once if your AI can run helpers of its own: one, three, four or six. You say where the status board lives — here in the chat, in one file it keeps updated, or in your own tracker like Jira, Linear or Notion. Then five switches, all on by default, that carry the discipline.

Three. Your block. Press Build the block and it writes the instructions. You can take it encoded — base64 inside a small wrapper — or as plain readable JSON, with or without a one-line sentence above it telling the AI what to do. Copy it, save it as a file, or show it in plain text. Paste it as the first message in a new chat, send, and the AI takes it from there.

What you walk away with

You get a single block of instructions — a protocol it calls AUTONOMOUS-PM — ready to paste into any AI chat. Once pasted, the AI runs seven phases:

Intake reads your list, drops duplicates, and opens one ticket per real job. Definition of Done writes a checkable finish line for each ticket before starting — "it works" is rejected, "a second caller gets refused, shown by a run" is accepted. Dispatch gives each ticket a lane itself — hand to a helper, do it now, or park it for you — and never asks you which. Execute runs one job at a time, ticking off as it goes, so a dropped chat loses at most one job.

Triage sorts every obstacle out loud: in the way (fix it), beside the point (write it down, move on), or noise (retry). This is the step that saves abandoned projects. Prove refuses to mark anything done without evidence, and refuses to call anything "installed" until it has been run for real three ways. Report ends with a board — ticket, status, who is on it, next action — in five sentences of prose at most.

Every feature, in plain words

Require proof before anything is marked done. A summary does not count. Command output, a file diff, a URL, or a test result does. This is the switch the whole app exists for.

Three real runs before "installed". Normal use, a case it must refuse, and one awkward case. It stops work that is built but never actually run.

Refuse side quests. Anything the AI spots mid-job that is not on your list gets written down and left alone, instead of quietly eating your afternoon.

Try three different routes before calling it blocked. Three genuinely different approaches, not the same one three times.

Do not save this as a skill or memory. Keep this on. Without it, some AIs try to file the instructions away for good.

Autonomy dial. Full means it never stops except for a real blocker. Check-in posts a two-line status at each milestone. Plan-first shows the intake table and the finish lines, waits for one approval, then runs the rest without asking again.

Board location. In the chat (it re-prints the full board every turn), in one file it keeps updated in place, or as ticket bodies ready to paste into your own Jira, Linear or Notion with a mirror table kept in chat.

Format. Encoded or plain JSON. Encoded just makes it less readable at a glance — it is tidiness, not security, and anyone can decode it. The page says so itself.

The honest part

This is still an early version, so the wording it produces is being tuned. The block is only instructions — it is as good as the AI you paste it into, and a weak model will follow it weakly. It cannot make an AI do something the AI cannot do; it can only insist on evidence and refuse to accept "done" without it.

Encoded mode is tidiness, not secrecy. It is base64, not encryption — anyone who wants to can decode it, so do not put a secret in the context box expecting the wrapper to hide it. And nothing you type here leaves your browser; the block is built on your machine and sent nowhere.

Questions people ask

Does it run my tasks itself? No. It writes the instructions. Your AI chat does the running. Think of it as the manager who writes the brief, not the worker.

Which AI does it work with? Any chat AI you paste it into — ChatGPT, Claude, and the rest. It is just a block of text.

Is the encoded block secure? No, and it does not claim to be. It is base64 for tidiness. Anyone can decode it.

What does "done" mean to it? Proven. A summary is rejected; command output, a diff, a URL or a test result is accepted. "Installed" needs three real runs.

Does my job list get uploaded anywhere? No. It all stays in your browser. The block is built locally and goes only where you paste it.
