Copyright & Takedowns
Last updated: September 20, 2026
If something on this site or inside a crApp infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and it comes down while we look at it.
1. How to report it
Email integritylanddevelopment@gmail.com with the subject Copyright, and include:
- What the work is, and where the original lives.
- The exact address on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, phone and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your report is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.
- Your signature. Typed is fine.
2. What happens next
- The material is taken down or switched off, usually the same day.
- Whoever posted it is told, and gets a copy of the report.
- Anyone who keeps infringing loses their access for good.
3. If you think the report was wrong
Send a counter-notice to the same address with the material, where it was, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you live — or, outside the United States, of the courts in Dallas County, Texas.
4. Trademarks
Same address, same process, for a name or a logo used in a way that confuses people about who made something.
5. What the shop claims
The crApps, their code, this site and its look belong to the shop. Your work stays yours — see the Terms.
