Acceptable Use

One person runs this shop. These rules exist so the apps stay up and nobody gets hurt. They apply to every crApp, the crApp Factory, and this website.

1. Keep your link to yourself

• Your private link is for you and the people in your household.
• Do not post it publicly, sell it, rent it, or hand it to a stranger.
• A link found in public gets switched off. If that happens to you by accident, email us and we will issue a new one.

2. Do not attack the apps

• No scraping, no bots, no load testing, no hammering an endpoint in a loop.
• No trying to reach data that is not yours, no probing other people's links, and no working around a paywall or a version limit.
• No copying an app to resell it, and no taking it apart to rebuild it as your own product. Learning from it is fine; cloning it for sale is not.

3. Do not use a crApp to hurt anyone

• Nothing illegal, and nothing that harasses, threatens, defames or targets a person or a group.
• No content that impersonates a real person, business or agency, and nothing built to deceive people about who wrote it.
• No material involving minors that would be inappropriate anywhere, ever.
• Do not put other people's private records — medical, financial, government ID numbers — into an app.

4. Output is a draft, not an answer

Some crApps write text, score ideas, or suggest a number. That output is a starting point. It is not legal, medical, tax or investment advice, and it is not guaranteed to be correct. Anything that matters gets checked by a qualified human before you act on it.

5. What happens if you break these rules

Your access is switched off. Where it is fair to do so you get a warning first. Where money changed hands and the breach was deliberate, there is no refund. Serious cases — attacks, illegal use — get reported.
