Contact
There is one inbox and one person reading it.
No ticket system. No chatbot named Sparky. No "your call is important to us."
Email: integritylanddevelopment@gmail.com
That reaches Alex Alexander, who makes the crApps and runs the store. If you email, a human reads it.
What to expect
- Usual reply time: within 1–2 business days. Often faster.
- Broken app? Say so in the subject line. Those go to the front of the queue.
- Weekends and holidays are slower. One person, remember.
- If you don't hear back in 3 business days, send it again. Email is not perfect and neither am I. A resend is not rude.
Reporting a broken crApp
The faster I can reproduce it, the faster it's fixed. Please include:
- Which crApp. The name, or paste the link you were using.
- The email address on your subscription. So I can find your account.
- What you were trying to do when it broke. One sentence is fine.
- What actually happened. Error message, blank screen, wrong answer, spinning forever — whatever you saw.
- Your device and browser. "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome" is enough.
- A screenshot, if you can grab one. Worth a thousand emails.
You do not need to be technical. "I tapped the thing and it went white" is a real bug report and I will take it.
Billing, cancelling, refunds
- Cancelling is handled through your subscription — cancel and your link stops working at the end of the period you already paid for. Details on the Refunds page.
- Want a refund? Email with the address on the subscription and what went wrong. See the Refund and Cancellation policy for what's covered.
- Card questions. I can't see your card number — Stripe handles payments and I never receive card details. I can see your email and whether a subscription is active. That's the whole picture on my end.
Privacy requests
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email the same address with "Privacy request" in the subject. Details of what I hold and what you can ask for are on the Privacy Policy page.
Selling your own crApp
Questions about the crApp Factory, getting your mini app on the shop, or how payouts work? Same inbox. Put "Factory" in the subject line so I spot it.
Things this inbox is not for
- Cold sales pitches for SEO services. I promise you it's fine.
- Requests to guest post.
- Anything requiring a signed vendor questionnaire.
Everything else, send it. Complaints included — those are usually the useful ones.
Not saving the world. Just answering email.
